I know I should've updated a long time ago but I've had other priorities.

First off, I've set up my Mind & Spirit website. It's in norwegian and I hope it'll become a good resource for spiritual people on Norway.

My whole family has been ill these past few days. Our son got the chickenpox and my wife and I got the flu. It's been hard, but we're getting closer to an end each passing minute smile

So, that about sums it up for me. I've been reading a lot lately, everything from Budhism to Out of body experiences and the likes and I'm having a good time grin

Other than that, nothing new.
